These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the crickex owner platform and all its associated services. It is each user's responsibility to read and understand these Terms fully before opening an account on crickex owner, using its services, or conducting any kind of transaction.

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

To register on crickex owner, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Any casino and betting activity in Bangladesh is strictly limited to those aged 21 and above. Registration by minors or ineligible persons is completely prohibited, and any such account will be permanently closed as soon as it is identified.

The user confirms that they are a legal resident or citizen of Bangladesh and that using online betting or gaming services in their area is lawful.

2.2 Registration Process

• Each user may open only one account. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, all of them may be cancelled.
• Information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and email — must be accurate and up to date.
• If an account is opened with incorrect or false information, the account may be cancelled and deposited funds held at any time.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Sharing login details with a third party is prohibited.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on crickex owner can currently be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally added to the account quickly; however, if there is a delay due to technical reasons, the support team should be informed.

The mobile wallet used to deposit into the account must be registered in the user's own name. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

3.3 Currency and Conversion

crickex owner conducts transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the conversion rate will be determined at the prevailing market rate. Cryptocurrency transactions are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning for a ৳1,500 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

If bonus-related terms are violated, crickex owner reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings earned from it. Bonuses are never transferable as cash or directly.

4.2 Weekly and Monthly Offers

• crickex owner weekly reload reward: 30% bonus on weekly deposits, maximum ৳5,000, wagering 15 times, minimum deposit ৳500.
• crickex owner slots festival bonus: 50% bonus per month on deposits in slot games, maximum ৳8,000, wagering 20 times, minimum deposit ৳500.
• Weekly cricket deposit offer: 25% bonus on deposits in the cricket section, maximum ৳4,000, wagering 18 times, minimum deposit ৳500.
• Birthday special gift: a one-time reward of up to ৳1,500 during the birthday month registered on the account, wagering 10 times.
• Refer a friend bonus programme: after each successful referral where the friend completes their first deposit, a reward of up to ৳2,000, wagering 12 times.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time — the next bonus can only be claimed after the wagering requirement of the current bonus is completed.
• Bonus funds can be used to play sports betting and casino games, though each bonus may have specific applicability rules.
• If a user attempts to fulfil bonus wagering using low-risk betting strategies or bet hedging, crickex owner may cancel it.
• crickex owner's decision on any bonus-related matter is final.

5.1 Betting Rules

crickex owner offers betting on cricket, football and other sports, as well as various casino games including slots, live casino and fishing games. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless crickex owner itself does so for a specific reason.

• crickex owner is not obliged to compensate for bets lost due to technical errors or disconnection, but will attempt to investigate and provide a resolution.
• Placing a bet after the outcome of an event has been confirmed is prohibited. Any such bet, if identified, will be declared void.
• If there is an obvious technical error in odds or game information, crickex owner reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• In a multi-bet, if all selections are not correct, the entire stake is lost — there is no partial payment.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets on both sides of the same outcome to clear bonuses.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to combine bonuses from multiple accounts.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Behaving inappropriately towards other players or crickex owner staff.

5.3 Result Determination

In sports betting, results will be determined according to official scores. In the event of any dispute, crickex owner will verify information from a reliable third-party source, and the company's decision on the matter will be final.

crickex owner has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level:

• Bronze: maximum 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: maximum 0.6% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: maximum 0.9% cashback on weekly net losses. Example: if net losses in a week are ৳20,000, cashback is ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.
• Platinum: maximum 1.2% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Diamond: maximum 1.5% cashback on weekly net losses.

A user may request account closure at any time. The opportunity to withdraw the valid balance will be given before closure, unless the account is being closed due to a rules violation. If an inactive account has had no activity for a long period (generally more than 6 months), a maintenance fee may apply.
